We continue our workshop series on how Business Analysts can apply AI in real work.
AI is already being used privately by many professionals in their day-to-day work. Some companies are also providing AI tools to employees, helping them improve individual productivity and work more efficiently.
During this online workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate what can be done with AI — from basic use cases to more advanced approaches.
What we will cover
Prompt engineering
Key practices every professional should know — whether you use a chat interface or AI agents. We will explore practical cases showing how better prompting improves the quality of AI outputs for analysis. These practices are tool-agnostic and can be applied with ChatGPT, GigaChat, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.
From chats to agents
AI agents can significantly change the way we work and improve efficiency. We will see this in practice using OpenCode, an open-source alternative to Claude Code.
Limitations and risks of blindly trusting AI
AI can increase productivity, but it also increases the risk of errors when used without critical thinking. We will discuss how to use AI effectively and responsibly.
Participants will be able to follow along and try the examples during the session.
