Olga Cherkasova

Business analysis, digital transformation manager, entrepreneur with experince in startups and Fortune500 corporations. Blogger and speaker.

Known for delivering expert management advice and support on Agile transformation, business process reengineering, leadership, and custom software development. 

Founder and President of the Chapter since its creation in November, 2020.

In her free time, Olga likes traveling, studying anti-aging and modern neuroscience methods to enhance the body's capabilities. Lives in Minsk, Belarus.

Natalya Dedyaeva

Head of BA Department with 10+ years of experience as a BA. Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner II, Professional Scrum Master II.

Passionate about helping business analysts master new skills, grow competencies and achieve their professional goals. Enjoys creative approaches, measured goals, success, working with ambitious and passionate people.

Serves as a Vice President since May, 2021.

As a hobby, Natalya enjoys yoga, running, traveling, self- and outside knowledge. Currently, lives in Oslo, Norway.

Vice President (VP) Community Development & Membership

Katerina Markova

An energetic and open minded IT professional with versatile background as Senior IT Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst in finance, social security, real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, etc. and experience in setting up business analysis and requirements management processes, diverse BA techniques usage, team leadership and mentoring. Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master.

A result oriented and empathetic person focused on people and collaboration.

Joined the Chapter Board in September, 2022.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys fitness and dancing activities, studying health & body science and spending time with her family. Currently, lives in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Vice President (VP) Volunteers & Events Management 

Nataliya Kaganovich

Result driven business analyst with experience in retail and B2B sales.Keen on solving business problems and making chances, which help business to grow.

 

An open minded person quickly finding a common language with different people and always ready for new challenges.

Joined the Chapter Board in November, 2022.

Outside of work, Nataliya is a dancer, cinema fan, board games collector and deep reader. Lives in Gomel, Belarus.
