Why?
The benefits of career mentoring in the workplace are proven for both mentor and mentee.
We provide you with the possibility to participate in our free mentoring program that can be a significant help in getting an IIBA certification you are aiming at or supporting an already gained one.

For Whom?
This program is designed for all business analysts IIBA members
- Who want to develop their career and themselves
- interested in obtaining IIBA (re-)certification (mandatory for mentees!)
- feel they would benefit from pairing with a peer from a different organisation or industry
- looking to invest in their own growth and that of others
A Call for Mentors
We are encouraging more mentors to come forward. You can be a mentor, even if you haven't tried it before.
You just need an active IIBA membership, IIBA certification and a desire to help others.
We will provide you all the support materials to step into your role as a mentor.
